Included in the upcoming Empire rework is a note which states that Empire factions will get access to unique units when defending state capitals. It’s worth noting that, although it will be part of the Free-LC which launches on the same day as The Hunter and The Beast, the Empire may be getting some additional unique units on the 11th of September.
